1. Overview
By submitting items to Win Cities LLC (“Win Cities,” “we,” “our”) for consignment, you (“Consignor”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies govern how your items are handled, listed, sold, paid, and—if necessary—returned.
2. Accepted Items
Win Cities accepts:
- Raw sports cards
- Graded sports cards (PSA, SGC, BGS, CGC)
Win Cities does not accept:
- Memorabilia
- Non-sports collectibles
- Cards under $3 expected resale value
We reserve the right to reject any submission at our discretion.
3. Condition & Authenticity
- Consignors represent that all items submitted are authentic and unaltered.
- Items returned for being counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented will be returned at the consignor’s expense.
- Win Cities may decline to list items that do not meet value or condition standards.
4. Consignment Format
All items are sold by auction only. Win Cities controls the listing format, scheduling, photography, and wording.
- Starting bid: $0.99
- Auction duration: typically 7 days
- No minimum sale prices are guaranteed
5. Fees & Commission
Win Cities charges a commission based on the final sale price of each card. Win Cities pays all eBay, PayPal, and shipping label fees unless otherwise specified.
(Insert your finalized commission tiers here — I can update them when you’re ready.)
6. Grading Services (Optional)
- Grading fees are paid upfront or deducted from payout.
- Win Cities is not liable for grades assigned by PSA, SGC, BGS, or CGC.
- Consignor assumes risk of low grades, upcharges, or third-party delays.
- Win Cities is not responsible for losses or damage caused by grading companies.
7. Payment Schedule
Consignors are paid after their batch of items is fully completed and all payments have cleared.
- Preferred payout: PayPal
- Alternative: mailed check
- Typical payout timeline: 3–7 business days after final item concludes
8. Returns & Chargebacks
If a buyer returns an item or initiates a chargeback, the loss is charged back to the consignor. Items will be relisted upon return unless damaged beyond resale.
9. Unsold Items
- If an item receives no bids, it is relisted once.
- If it fails again, it will be placed into a bulk lot.
- Bulk lot proceeds are distributed based on item share and applicable commission.
10. Liability & Insurance
Win Cities is not liable for loss, theft, or damage arising from normal handling, shipping carrier errors, buyer returns, or accidents except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
11. Marketing & Media Permission
Consignor grants Win Cities LLC permission to use consigned items in marketing materials, photography, social media posts, videos, and educational content. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free.
12. Termination & Return of Items
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Items already in active auctions must complete their listings. Consignors pay return shipping unless Win Cities ends the agreement.
13. Governing Law
All consignment activity is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in Minnesota courts, with venue corresponding to Win Cities LLC’s location.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting items to Win Cities LLC for consignment, the consignor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
